Fiachra (pronounced FEE - kra) oversees the on-site operations for all BuildZig construction projects. He moved to the Bay Area in 1998 from his native Ireland. At the age of 18, he started as a laborer and worked his way up through the carpentry trade; over the years, he became a talented superintendent able to lead complex construction sites, with multiple trades working at once.
Fiachra has worked on over 50 multi-family development projects in the Bay Area. He takes great pride in being part of something that has been built to a high standard and enjoys seeing these buildings as he drives though the city.
Fiachra enjoys staying active by playing sports. He is the best Gaelic football player west of the Mississippi and has also been known to 'bend it like Beckham' on the soccer pitch. In his down time, Fiachra enjoys keeping up with the San Francisco Giants and does his best to never miss a game.
