Jennifer Bell is the Senior Funds Control Coordinator, managing the Funds Control team. An exciting part of this position is to communicate well and ensure that Funds Control processes are understood with elegant simplicity. Jennifer enjoys working with lenders and borrowers to facilitate a successful project. She brings a calm attention to any issue that may come up, working with clients to address their questions.
On weekends, Jennifer’s time is spent reading, going to movies, and having quality time with her daughters. Grooving at a Zumba class is also a part of her weekend fun. As a busy mom and professional, her superpower would be the ability to run very, very fast. Jennifer "Lightning" Bell would like to get as much done in the day as possible.
