Traci was born and raised in the Bay Area and comes to us with over 30 years of experience and expertise in the escrow and title industry. She assists in the processing of BuildZig transactions and contracts, as well as escrow coordinating for our projects. Traci has spent the last few years in the development industry and enjoys being involved with the project’s development, from initial acquisition to final completion and sale.
When not in the office, Traci loves to spend time with her family, work on renovation and re-decorating projects, and travel to see new places. Traci is a huge Golden State Warriors fan and loves going to games at Oracle Arena. Traci is known around the office for her festive personality. She sets the tone when it comes to holiday decorations and scented candles.
