BuildZig was approached by a lender that had been struggling to complete the extensive construction issues associated with this 10-unit townhouse project. BuildZig was retained as construction manager and immediately performed a feasibility analysis to asses the remaining scope fo the project. BuildZig retained the appropriate building professionals and managed the process to successful completion.
