BuildZig is handling entitlements and construction management for this ground-up project. Envisioned as a mixed-use building – with retail at the ground level and contemporary condos above – the team broke ground in early 2015. The condo units are built along "smart home" principles, incorporating energy-efficiency and universal design concepts. 

This project is slated for Fall 2016.
