Built in 1924, this Spanish-Mediterranean home features historic Oakland architecture with modern amenities. The home had not been maintained or updated. BuildZig developed a modern floorplan with flexible configuration to allow for either a second unit or master suite. The backyard features a hardscape path, redwood deck, and lush grass shaded by a giant palm tree.
