BuildZig rehabbed this vacant and run-down 10-unit building. We coordinated all of the permit renewals and remodeled all the units, upgraded with mid-range finishes, and repaved the parking lot. In addition to the rehab, BuildZig also managed the leasing of the units to qualified tenants.

What was once a neighborhood eyesore is now a neighborhood asset.
